Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan generously or line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, finely chopped onion, eggs, and milk. Add breadcrumbs, minced garlic, half the ketchup, chopped parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix gently until just combined.
  4. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf, about 2 inches thick, and place it in the prepared loaf pan.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, white vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder to create the glaze. Pour half over the shaped meatloaf.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, then brush on remaining glaze.
  7. Continue baking for an additional 15-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  8. Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
