- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and vegetable oil until well blended.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, being careful not to overmix.
- Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each liner about two-thirds full.
