Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and fold gently until combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Fill each muffin liner about three-quarters full with the batter.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
