Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and position the oven rack in the center.

  3. Place salmon fillets in a large baking skillet, pour the marinade over them, and season with salt and ground black pepper.
  4. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until flaky and moist.
  5. While the salmon bakes, melt butter in a saucepan over low to medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  6. Pour in heavy cream, stirring gently, and bring to a boil, allowing to thicken slightly for about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat, stir in optional lemon juice and parsley, adjusting seasoning with salt and black pepper.
