Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the orange zest, fresh orange juice, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a large dish or gallon-sized resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each thigh is coated. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Transfer the marinated chicken thighs into a baking dish, skin side up, and sprinkle the cranberries around the chicken.
  5. Bake for about 30 to 45 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the skin is golden brown.
  6. Halfway through baking, baste the chicken with pan juices to enhance moisture and flavor.
  7. After baking, let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes to redistribute juices.
