Baked Cheese Crisps Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop mounds of shredded cheese onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
- Sprinkle garlic powder on each mound for added flavor, if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 5-8 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and transfer the cheese mounds to cooling racks.
- Dab the tops of the cheese crisps with a paper towel to absorb excess grease.
